　　8. When cutting short materials, the length of the hand-held end shall not be less than 40cm, and the distance between the hand and the saw blade should be kept above 15cm.

　　9. When cutting the longer rod, there should be a dedicated person to help the pipe rod, the helper and the operator have the same actions, and they should not drag it arbitrarily under the command.
